Payment

Customers will be required to pay a deposit requested by Studio 997 Ltd prior to commencement of any design, artwork, manufacture or installation. All works produced by Studio 997 Ltd remain the property of Studio 997 Ltd until paid for in full. Vehicles may only be handed back to the customer on receipt of payment in full.

Liability

The customer is responsible for all legal requirements regarding changes to their vehicle.

Whilst every care is taken by Studio 997 Ltd to ensure the safety of the customers vehicle(s), once the vehicle has been delivered to the Studio 997 Ltd premises/entered the care of Studio 997 we bear no responsibility for loss of contents in the vehicle(s).

All customers must make sure that their vehicle is covered by their own insurance policy or anything left in the vehicle is at the customers responsibility. Studio 997 Ltd does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle that is not covered by an insurance policy. If Studio 997 Ltd is informed that any vehicle is not covered by its own insurance, then Studio 997 Ltd reserves the rights to refuse to begin/complete works with no penalty to Studio 997 Ltd.
